Focus on the shape of the line, rather than numbers
Although your current blood glucose level is displayed in the app, your main focus should be on the shape your line is creating.
As you learn to control your blood glucose, you'll understand the things that change the shape of your line and how.
The shape of the line
Alongside staying in the green zone, avoid rapid spikes and crashes, and work towards the appearance of rolling hills instead.
Most people start off in and out of Limbo
It takes most people a few days to stop the line going out of Limbo. Follow the advice in messages and you'll get the hang of it.
The line doesn't have to go into the red to spike
Here's an example of a little spike. It's OK to have these in week 1, but start eliminating them in your second week.
Flattened lines aren't completely flat
Your blood glucose will fluctuate constantly. This is what a line without any real spikes and crashes looks like.
