Control your line
Stop creating spikes with food and drink.
Use the feedback and messages from Limbo to take control of your line.
Start making tiny changes to your habits, starting with some that directly affect your glucose line directly.
Your line won’t ever be completely flat.
Your glucose line measures your body’s energy level, which will always fluctuate because you’re not a machine!
Work out what food and drinks make your line spike and reduce these until spikes stop.
Food and drink spikes are caused by glucose molecules. If you stop these, you will enable your body to use stored fat.
Spikes interrupt body-fat utilization
To lose weight effectively, you need to fuel yourself effectively (without going hungry).
Effective means avoiding causing spikes while providing your body with food that gives you the nutrients - energy and building blocks you need.
A spike shows the presence of more glucose in your blood than your system needs. If your line starts to spike 20 to 40 minutes after you eat, that means your body has gone into storage mode and turned off fat-burning mode.
You need to reduce or even stop eating the thing that did this if you want to train your body to use up your stored body fat for fuel.

Beware the In-Limbo rollercoaster

🎢 Our data has shown that it’s quite possible to stay in Limbo, while simultaneously staying on the blood glucose rollercoaster.
🟢 This is when your line has mini spikes and crashes that don’t turn red.
📈 A spike is a sharp increase upwards in the energy state (number on top left) over 30 minutes or so.
😞 Members who do this tend not to lose weight.
