Your metabolism governs your weight, so taking control of it will give you control over your weight. Unfortunately, it’s a very complicated system.

All the attempts people have made to simplify it to a single measure (e.g. calories👀) have not worked because we’re dealing with a system of 37 trillion+ cells that all need energy and which is always in flux.

But now you’re going to use the most reliable measure of your live energy levels–blood glucose. We now know that blood glucose is how your body measures, manages and regulates its energy status.

If you suddenly need more glucose, your body will instantly increase blood glucose. If you’re dormant, your glucose levels drop. You’ll become a master of your own glucose in time.

Limbo will always be watching your energy state. So even if you’re not keeping an eye on your glucose line, you might get a nudge when you cause a blood glucose spike you’ve forgotten to log!

You’ll see what’s happening in your body, understand why it’s happening, and learn how to change it, one decision at a time.

It starts with getting control of your glucose line. This is a graph created on a timeline by your live energy state throughout the day.

From there, every choice every bite, walk, drink, becomes part of a visible loop. That loop teaches you what works and what doesn’t.
