  • The glucose line is a graph of your energy state over time and written on your timeline.
  • Log things on your timeline so Limbo knows what you’re doing. Do this as you start the activity. Putting it in later is likely to lead to inaccurate feedback.
  • Log photos and text when logging food and drink.
  • Limbo watches the changes in your line and gives you feedback. This may take a while depending on the activity or food.
  • You need to avoid making sharp spikes in that line with food to get your body to access stored fat.
  • Spikes from exercise are OK.
